About Me
Mavis Leonards, is the co-founder, Managing Director as well as board member of Global Sky Limited since July, 2011. Prior to co-founding Global Sky Limited, she worked with a Fortune 500 company called Designer Shoe company:(DSW) in the United States as the Merchandising and customer relations manager.
She oversaw the company’s annual multi-million dollar sales in Virginia for seven years. She is the recipient of the “People’s Choice” Award, for being an apt and a phenomenal leader whose primary focus is on delivering an unparalleled customer experience.
Experience
Mavis also worked as the Human Resource Supervisor for Sears, another fortune 500 company in the United States of America. She is a member of the International Trade council for both the United States’ and its Ghana Chapters. Mavis is also the vice president of Leonards Homes Limited, a leading Real Estate Development company in Ghana, The CEO of Marvelin House Limited, a supply chain industry as well as the founder and President of Global Sky Holdings, which is a consultancy company in the United States.
Leadership
Mavis A. Leonards affectionately referred to as MD has over eighteen years of leadership and management experiences, and continues to move and lead Global Sky Limited. She is a professionally Certified holder in Security Terrorism, a Certified Information Security Systems Analyst, and a certified Firearm Training Instructor from the Bureau of National Investigation Authority in California, USA.
